"I have been treated very patiently"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Continence advisory service

(as the patient),

All the clinic staff are very helpful. The nurse I have went through all the different things that would help me to manage my condition – like diet, pelvic floor exercises, cutting down on caffeine. She then went on to tell me about the medication I would be using; I am now using patches to help me control the problem.

I have been treated very patiently, because of this they have helped to boost my confidence.

Thanks for your reply. People often don't realise there are lots of small lifestyle changes that can really help to reduce overactive bladder symptoms. After assessment our specialist nurses can guide and advise you about the changes that are most likely to be of benefit. This may involve the use of medication which sounds to have been of really helped you.
