I was admitted to Neaustad/Welton ward via A&E and the Staff couldn't more helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. The doctors explained clearly what was going to happen. The following morning the consultant once again what was going to happen. I was kept informed about the delay ( due to an emergency) this wasn't to long. The following day when I was discharged there was a bit of delay but once the nurse had chased it up and I was on my way. The after care has been very good and on one occasion when (with no appointment) they fitted me in straight away. The Staff are friendly happy people who go around with a smile on there face, A big thank you from myself
