What I liked
I've been going to the Elizabeth G.A. Hospital (RMU) for a fertility treatment and my experience has been very good so far. The staff have been very kind, very helpful and know what they're doing. They've returned all the messages I left in the answer machine very promptly and answered all my questions patiently, and that's something I really appreciate in a difficult moment as this one. (I haven´t finished the treatment yet, but as soon as it happens, I'll update this comment)
What could be improved
There's nothing bad I can say about the way I've been treated at the RMU, the tests I had done (a lot) or the staff. The only thing is that the building is not purpose built, but as far as I know, this will be solve very soon when they move to a new wing at the UCH.
