Unfortunately I had too visit the hospitals A&E department the early hours of Monday morning. I rang the 111 service before I went. They booked me an appointment so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. I was glad about that as I was in agony. Not only was my appointment 25 minuets late but when I got to see a doctor he was actually falling asleep whilst talking to me. He didn't make any note or even have my note on the computer. When examining me he wasn't feeling where I told him the pain was. He didn't explain why he thought I was in so much pain he just gave me some extremely strong pain killers and sent me on my way. I would name and shame the doctor but he didn't introduce him self so I have no idea what his name was. I'm absolutely discussed with the service I revived. Regards Melissa Sutton
