Anything else?
Hi, I was on the 26/05/2013 admitted to the Medical assessment ward 18B , With an asthma attack and chest infection following a chest cold . The care was good and after antibiotics and steroids tablets and being monitored over an over night stay ,I am pleased to say my condition has greatly improved!! And after a visit form the over stretched consultants I was allowed To go home at 1300 . The doctors did prescribe after there final examination a close of antibiotics and steroids and a inhaler , but I was not able to collet my prescribed medicines as the pharmacy department was closed at 11 am ?. i am informed that I will have to phone and if the prescription is ready I can collect form the ward in the late afternoon , as the Pharmacy department does not work on Saturdays or Sundays and only till 11 am on bank holidays ! My point is If the doctors and nurses and all other hospital staff to work Why are they allowed to go home and leave no cover for such a vital area ???? Ph
"No prescription??"
