I spent three weeks in hospital spending my time on Holmwood ward where the nurses were so caring, friendly and nothing was ever a problem. The care I received was fantastic and I was very sad to leave as I made so many friends.
The nurses would regularly take me out to the shops or down into the hospital gardens and they always put a smile on my face.
A big thank you to the following:
Kerri- always a smile on her face and I will never forget the time in WHSmith with the balloon stand.
Jane- for all the trips out and for introducing me to her friends and being so caring.
Ruth- always making me smile with your jokes will never forget them
Elise and Kat- always being so bubbly, friendly and welcoming and looking out for me.
Mary- Thank you for all the chats and hugs and comfort.
Thank you to Lynsey, Kate and Jenny always making sure I was ok.
A big thank you to all the staff on Holmwood Ward for making my stay pleasant and comfortable
