I had to wait 4 weeks for the results of my chest X Ray from Burton Queen's hospital whereas I only had to wait 4 hours at Malaga hospital for the same How is it that you get paid 3 to 4 times more than the Spanish but are 168 times slower? Phil Money

We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations but thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback regarding your visit to our X-ray department. While it is fair to say that we experienced staffing shortages last June, which resulted in us taking longer to process some reports than we would have liked, we would still like to hear from you personally as the timescales quoted are longer than our records indicate. We would encourage you to contact us directly by emailing pals@burtonft.nhs.uk or by phoning 01283 593110 (voicemail for out of hours calls) in order to take some more information from you, so that we can fully understand why it took so long for the results to be relayed to you Additionally, we have worked hard to improve our service over the past 12 months. As a result, we are confident that our processing times are better today than they were when you visited in June.
