"Care for me"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

Anything else?

Have had to have treatment at this hospital all my life from 5 years to 65now and it has only improved as time as gone by, the only fly in the ointment is the car parking charges which I expect to pay but not over charged as now.

Thank you so much for giving your feedback about your visit to Ophthalmology. We aim to offer the highest standards of care to our patients and it is good to know that in the many years you have been receiving treatment at Russells Hall Hospital the quality of care has improved. Like most other hospitals in the region, we do charge patients and visitors for parking and the cost of parking at our hospital is favourable compared to other hospitals in the West Midlands. The income from car parking charges is received by Interserve FM Ltd. Under their contract, there is a requirement to maintain the car parks and carry out necessary works when required, deliver a security service to the car parks, including continuous security officer availability, extensive 24-hour monitored CCTV and access control systems. Car parking charges are an integral part of the payment mechanism for the delivery of these services
