It is always a pleasure to receive commendations such as yours and I thank you for your kind comments which I will pass on to the staff involved. Positive feedback is much appreciated by our staff who work very hard to ensure all patients have a good experience when they are in our hospital. I am, however, very sorry to hear about the condition of the curtains; I will pass your comments on so that the issue can be reviewed by the Matron responsible for the ward and action can be taken.
