Highly efficient - in accident and emergency when iIwas unsure as to how serious my accident had been. Seen quickly and a further appointment within 1 day and seen supportively in clinic within a very short space of time. I guess it would be even more helpful if patients could be told roughly what the process was - someone near me was unsure as to who they were waiting for and for roughly how long but for me it was all excellent.
