I was very unhappy by how I was treated by a member of staff I asked a member of staff for a discharge form and when she came back I asked her for her name to make a complaint against her. So she hid her badge under her arm pit and when she did that I said don't worry I will take a picture of you so I have proff of who she is ( never did take a picture though ) when I said that she said she would call secuity and she did. She asked for the notes to put something in there for the discharge form when I noticed she had taken her I'd out of the plastic casing and put it somewhere. When the secuity men turned up they explained to me that apprently the nurse had said iv been kicking off since me being there so if that was the case and the hospital has a zero Tolerance if that's the case so why didn't she ring the secuity when I apprently started kicking off. I have a good friend who's mum is a midwife and she has said this is all because she didn't want a complaint against her. Not happy. And worried now !!
