Anything else?
On the 20th May i accompained my partner to hospital, whilst taken through to A&E, i was asked to book her in at reception. Which i did but this took a while, whilst they worked out which doctors they were going to charge! Have i been move to America where they check if i have insurance before treating me. It is more important that we are sen quickly and dealt with rather than work out who has to pay. On the 21st May i phoned to find out what was happening, after 3 minutes the call was disconnected before anyone had answered, it is bad practice not to answer a phone but to disconnect is yust beyobd belief, what if i had been a worried elderly person is that the service that we now give?
"Words fail me."
