After three ops this year i can only say that I have received excellent care and treatment from all the staff on ward 12a from the cleaners up to the ward sister. Both day and night. Only area that needs improvement; please check if the toilets need cleaning several times a day - as some patients soil them and can't / don't clear up after themselves. Toilets are too tall. My feet do not reach the floor - this contributed towards constipataion. Query - Hospital in General Should the meals / menu ensure people get their 5-day i.e. you can't avoid it. Why are the sandwiches mostly white bread- thought it was bad for you?

Regarding hospital meals, our menus try to cater for a variety of dietary and nutritional requirements.
