I attended day surgery on 08/05/2013 and this is the 4th time I have been there in the past 2 years. The staff there are second to none, they are caring, courteous, helpful and I could not ask for more from everyone there including the anaesthetist, and all the staff who assisted in the operating theatre. (Including all the staff in the pre-assessment dept) I have nothing for praise for these people and could not wish for better treatment. Their hard work and dedication is a credit to West Middlesex Hospital and I am proud to call it my hospital. Even communicating via phone after my operation they are polite, well spoken and extremely helpful and each and everyone of them should be very proud of themselves. Thank You all for allowing me at a worrying time to have such a calm reassuring experience well done and keep up the high standards you are so good at. Thank You
