What could be improved
Choose and Book doesn't work. Had a Choose and Book form from our Doctor with reference number and password for a Maxillo Facial appointment. Choose and book via NHS Choices lets you put in ref number and you get so far and then you go in a circle to book again - you can't continue and book your appointment. Phone for appointment seems to be busy. Why is NHS Choices offering Choose & Book for this Trust when it clearly doesn't work??????
