I visited St Albans hospital on 17th May for a gynaecological day surgery. The whole process was superb; extremely efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble, this department is an example of the nhs at its very best and should be used as a centre of excellence for other hospitals to follow.
