We can assure you that the experience of our patients is something we take very seriously; we work to ensure that all of our patients, their families and carers are able to raise their concerns and that we listen to them. We are very sorry that you feel let down by your experience and that you felt your concerns were not listened to. We provide a Patient Advice Liaison Service to support patients and families; they can also advise you on how you can make a formal complaint that we can investigate, should you wish to do so.
