I would really like to call out the wonderful service my mother received from the paramedics and ambulance service when she was taken into hospital. They were very kind and caring and made her feel 'really cared for'. The promptness of the service was amazing, we called NHS 111 and had an ambulance within 15 minutes. She is currently going through chemotheraphy and had got septicemia and a very bad chest infection. Can you please pass on our thanks and how grateful we are to them and the service they provided.
