"Nurses and Doctors gave excellent care"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Anything else?

I have just visited the gynaecology department for some tests. I was very nervous and anxious for my visit however, all of the staff made me feel at ease. They gave me time to ask questions and make me feel comfortable. My dignity was a high priority for the doctors and nurses, ensuring I was happy with every step of the procedure.

I had two nurses at my side though out my test, they stayed with me chatted and informed me of everything that was happening and what to expect. I really, really appreciated this.

The clinic was very clean and there was plenty of information and even refreshments to make you feel at ease.

Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job, you turned something which could have been traumatic to something comfortable. Many thanks
