I was referred to the eye clinic by my optician as an emergency case, so arrived at the clinic without an appointment. Despite this, and even though the clinic was busy, I was seen very quickly. The consultation was thorough and I was given a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. The staff were helpful, polite and courteous throughout. I subsequently needed to change the date of my follow-up appointment; again the staff were very helpful.
