At A&E on a Sunday morning, I was dealt with in a professional, courteous, friendly way from start to finish.

Everyone explained what was likely to happen and how long things would take. I was taken seriously and moved through each section from triage to reception to blood to X-ray in a smooth and professional way. I have rarely been to hospital let alone A&E so I have little to compare but it is hard to imagine how the service I received that morning could have been improved - everyone had the best attitude and everything seemed to be organised well.

It was a shame some of the staff do not get to see out of a window - let alone fresh air ....(!)
