I attended the sessions with an element of apprehension. My back was extremely sore and I was nervous about being touched and asked to move!

Cait was wonderful. The way and thoroughness she explained to me what had happened to my back, and the logic of how we were going to fix it, put me totally at ease.

I looked forward to each visit as it helped so much. Cait ensured that I understood each exercise, why we were doing it and continually checked that I was doing it the right way.

She was very encouraging and offered great tips and has made me approach my exercise in a positive way and change how I treat my back.

Thank you so much for alleviating my pain.
