"Every time I visited I felt like I was making progress"

About: Six Degrees Social Enterprise (CIC)

(as the patient),

I visited Six Degrees to help me deal with trauma/stress of being hit by a drunk driver. I didn't think talking to a stranger about my problems could help, however this was my last option.

I felt extremely welcomed and one staff member was particularly very understanding. She helped me change my mind frame and overcome my problems by setting small, achievable goals.

Every time I visited her I felt like I was making progress and it was something I looked forward to.

I feel like I can get on with my life again and I feel back to my normal self, but know that she is always there if I need someone to talk to.

From going to therapy, I can finally move on and I thank you for that.
