"Refered to the hospital for further tests."

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

My daughter has been referred for a check up as she has been feeling poorly for a while now.

The Dr did some blood tests and these all came back fine, so he decided to refered to the hospital for further tests.

I am not overly concerned as she is a teenager and I think she is simply growing, but I am happy she is being seen again just to make sure there is no underlying problem.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

It is important that everything is done to eliminate any underlying reason concerning an illness. Therefore, if your GP decided to refer your daughter to a consultant at the hospital, TRAQS aims to process this request quickly as possible to lessen any further worry or concern.

I am pleased that your experience was dealt with very professionally and we wish your daughter a satisfactory outcome to her referral.
