What I liked
I was treated on all occasions with respect. I did not have to wait and saw the consultant at the time allocated. I would be happy to be treated at Queen Victoria again.
What could be improved
There does not seem to be a fromt entrance to the hospital and its a little confusing. I didn't seem to be the only one who got lost on my first visit.
