This review is concerning the reception today. My father has gone in for surgery this morning. Very happy with his Dr etc. I was given a number to call to check on his progress and to see when I can return to see him. I called up to be put through to the front desk. The person who answered spoke over me, didn't let me finish my sentences, was very rude and dismissive and clearly couldn't wait to get me off the phone as soon as possible. When I said I wanted to know if his surgery was done they said I doubt it and I was told my father was still in the admission room, even though I had been by his side until he was wheeled through the surgery doors. They just spoke over me and said call back in a couple of hours and hung up! I think they are in the wrong job and needs customer service training. I understand it is a busy place but, they are not they type of person you want to speak to when u are calling up concerned about someone!
