"Respect and gratitude to my consultant and the..."

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

Anything else?

After suffering a stroke caused by a blocked Carotid artery and an Aneurysm in March 2013 I was operated on by and spent 2 weeks in Heron Ward. Through a time of great distress and fear my care was wonderful. My consultant was fantastic he filled me with confidence and was extremely considerate and kind as well as obviously being a gifted surgeon as both operations were a complete success.

My care on the Heron ward by everyone was really brilliant. All the staff, the nurses, doctors, ocupational therapists, speech therapists, the ladies who brought the food and the porters were so good humoured and generous with their time and spirit, nothing was ever too much trouble for them and the care was exemplary.

My family and I would very much like to express our heartfelt gratitude to some extremely wonderful people.
