"Excellent care"

About: Halton Hospital

Anything else?

I had my gallbladder removed on Thursday 21/03/13 and was on Ward B4. Due to having a drain I was not discharged on the afternoon of Thursday as planned but received excellent care - staff couldn't have been more attentive and the care was excellent. After my drain ws removed on Friday 22nd, I ran a very high temperature and had to stay in another night - again the staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. This was the time of the heavy snow and even when some staff could not get into work (or got in later than expected), the staff on duty coped extremely well.

I couldn't praise the staff highly enough for looking after me - thank you all.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments on the service at the hospital - we've passed them on to the team for you and are really grateful for you taking the time to contact us. We're glad to hear that everything went so well despite the extra night you needed with us.
