The staff are always available no matter how small or trivial I think it is.there is plenty seating whilst you wait and now that the daily clinics and the chemo clinics are separate there is no need for people to stand in corridors whilst waiting their turn. I can't praise the nursing and clerical staff enough it is a bit like Cheers- everybody knows your name.
