Anything else?
Tried phoning to talk to someone about me receiving mail addressed to another patient, lady on the switchboard was very rude and abrupt, cutting me off everytime I tried to explain why i was calling with a stubborn "you what?" And "call back tomorrow", making it clear they did not want to help.
I'd have phoned Trowbridge had it not said Chippenham on the envelope...
"Useless phone line!"
