What I liked
A&E was very efficient. Doctor's showed interest and concern and when communicating did so effectively.
Once admitted the nursing team were attentive and caring. Food choices were adequate and general standard of catering good. Ward cleanliness was good.
Had overall impression of efficiency and caring from all hospital employees.
What could be improved
Better information about what's happening, especially when you're waiting for no apparent reason in A&E after seeing a Doctor/nurse.No information can cause anxiety.
Cleanliness of curtains and screening rooms in A&E could be improved.
Shower facilities on ward also not clean - especially the drains.
