What I liked

I recently attended the KandC hospital, as an outpatient and was to say the least, very apprehensive about what I was about to experience..

I can only say how good the team were, including nurses and receptionists.

The appointments, treatments and consultations, were handled in a sensitive and helpful way, to alleviate my worries/fears. . The consultant showed empathy and certainly made me feel more at ease...
