"Two visits to A&E"

Anything else?

Within the past two weeks I found myself having to visit A&E. Cannot fault the receptionists, nurses or doctors. Yes, there was some waiting time to see different departments (x-ray, etc), but that is to be expected. They are dealing with a lot of patients.

However, my treatment by all the staff I encountered was first class. Polite, friendly and extremely helpful.

I have no friends or relatives who work at the hospital, so no vested interest. Just felt that praise was due.

Thank you to all.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your treatment in A&E at the QE. I will pass your message onto the team and hope you have made a full recovery.
