The staff of reception are unhelpful and not at all understanding or caring. Takes forever to get an appointment here, better to find another dental hospital.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your experience was not as positive as we would hope during your recent visit to the Dental Hospital. It is important to us that comments are heard and seen as an opportunity provided to the service to make changes and improvements wherever possible.

In response to your comment, I can tell you that we are reviewing our reception teams and will ensure that further customer service training is provided for the reception staff. Your concerns have also been raised directly with the department involved so that they can consider the impact of how their behaviour can affect our patients and ensure that others don’t experience the same issues as you did.
