Anything else?
My son 6 broke his collar bone on a Thursday late afternoon. We went to the A & E and got seen nearly straight away after booking in with this lovely lady behind the desk! My son was in absolute agony but where never pushy because he had to do everything in his own time.
It was very slow!
At the X-ray department the nurse knew his name and made him feel very comfortable and explained everything to him so he wouldn't be scared! Even a little joke made him smile a little!
We got send to the plaster room where the nurse was an absolute star! He went on to explain him what happen to his bone showed him the X-ray and was just above caring!
This male nurse needs a medal for helping me! He was so nice to carry my son to our car because all the wheelchairs were taken!
Because he was so calm and caring it just calmed me and my son down and made us feel good again!
My son wanted me to send a pack of chocolates to say thank you! I still have to do that and I will!
Thanks again to that male nurse!
