"No matter how grumpy I was, staff were understanding"

About: North Manchester General Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Admitted Christmas 2011 for major surgery. Thanks to staff professionalism, questions and answers to the clinical nurse Debbie Clarke answered clearly and from the start made you feel at ease.

After surgery off to HDU for a week and no matter how grumpy I was, staff were understanding and very professional, good characters made me laugh.

Out of HDU onto B3, again well looked after.

Cannot thank the hospital enough from admittance to exit, great stuff. After all I am still here they saved my life and gave me another chance.
