Everything was okay, and was impressed to be seen so quickly.

Consultant was Dr. Evans who didn't wash his hands before examining my husband but only after!

Felt Dr Evans rushed out session and was happy drawing pictures of the knee, but not really addressing any concerns.

Eventually agreed on request to do the X-Ray on day. After X-Ray was told to wait for doctors, however when some 40 minutes had gone I enquired and was told we can't see the doctor and could have gone home.

Also, no offer of any drinks etc made at all at any time.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I am pleased that your husband received a prompt appointment. I am sure you appreciate that TRAQS are unable to respond to your comments regarding the actual appointment. However we hope your husband's knee is improving following his appointment.
