(as the patient),

I would like to thank all the nursing staff and Doctors for there fast actions as this morning I coughed up some blood and had all the tests that was needed done on the same day and got a diagnosis and medication within a matter of hours.

I am truly grateful for their actions and it is greatly appreciated a special thanks to Dolly for checking and reporting it.

I am pleased to read how our staff were quick to respond to you coughing up blood and ensuring quick actions were taken to ensure you got the right treatment. It is important our staff hear what you valued most in your time on the ward.
