79 year old father rushed into a&e , then onto ward 6. Complete shambles, was not cleaned for over a week, no information provided, when asked nurses didn't have a clue what was happening. I just hope I don't end up in there if my health fails ! Will be trying to get hold of the chief executive tomorrow to make them aware of the absolute shocking customer care their hospital provides. Very disappointed & concerned if this is how the NHS is going.
