From registering at reception to leaving the clinic an hour or so later I was overwhelmed by the kindness and efficiency of all the staff, both clinical and administrative. The system was super efficient. I was seen by the consultant immediately and was advised I would need to have a mammogram and an ultrasound. Within minutes both tests had been completed and a cyst had been drained. I have never before experienced such a dedicated level of care, either in the NHS or in private hospitals, as I received yesterday. It was as if I was the most important patient in the world....my genuine thanks to all concerned.
