"Triage"

Anything else?

I went to Triage today coz a had some problem with bloodstained leakage(im 39 weeks pregnant). I didnt know what to do as its my first baby, have been to Triage many times before and was generally quite happy with the student midwifes and the midwifes but today was a disaster. this midwife was sooooooo not interested in my concerns about the blood and she was kind of acting like I dont deserve to be there as it wouldnt be important enough. Furthermore she seemed bored, discouraged and she was speaking not really clear and spoke to me from her desk into the room i was in, so everyone could hear our conversation which is not really discret, she also took off her shoes behind her desk(which is generally nothing bad, but she looked quite annoyed that she had to put them on as soon as I walked in)

I also should mention that she asked me to undress and cover with a sheet but she left the curtain open so basically everyone could see me. not really nice, specially if you are a muslim, well I suppose not alot of people would like to be exposed but I thought I should mention it.

then the doctor came to supervise the examination with the speculum, which was absolutely not in the standard it should be....it seemed she scratched and hurt me on purpose as as was annoyed, Im saying this because Its not the first time that I had an examination and secondly I had an examination days before and I didnt feel a pain at all.....btw this was done by a student midwife and I have to say that this girl with her three years studies was much more interested and better in her work.

I usually dont write any reviews but its not really nice to be treated like that and I have to say that if I will ever get in this situation that she will work on me or with me, I will simply refuse and ask for someone else, this lady shouldnt be working with pregnant women or even in a hospital if she doesnt have her emotions under control.
