What I liked

Despite the general run down appearance of the building, the ward I was on was clean and bright and the staff were fantastic. Although I did not require an overnight stay the nursing and surgical teams were very kind and helpful and treated me with respect throughout.

What could be improved

As this was the first hospital proceedure I had ever experienced I was eager to find out as much as I could about the hospital and its staff before attending, but this website did not help as there is so little information and the link to the Pembury website doesn't work.
