About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I have to say my GP services are excellent compared to what I hear from friend etc about theirs.

The TRAQs booking is excellent, the last time I needed a hospital appointment is was via the "choose and book" service, which was dire.

TRAQs staff were so polite and helpful. 5*
