i got my appointment 3 months after being refeered why, because my first appointment was sent to my old address, even through my new address was clear on the letter snt to my doctor to say i did not turn up. rung office to conplain as soon as i said did not recive they new they had sent to wrong address. we need to keep our addmissions for prh at prh .

What could be improved

day ward looked like a bome had hit it , only about 4 trolly beds when i have used before you could not fault now it seems its beeing closed down already ,not helping the people that want to be treated at prh or your staff who i must say are stars , having to work this way.
