I have birth to my daughter 2 weeks ago and ended up in the high dependency unit for 2 days before moving to the postnatel ward for a day and was then discharged home. Our midwife during labour was absolutely fantastic as were the surgeons and consultants. All the nurses and midwives who we spoke to were excellent and we will be writing a letter naming names to senior management so they know what wonderful staff they have at Queens

Congratulations on the birth of your daughter and I’m delighted to hear you were so pleased with our staff. Sometimes there can be complications in childbirth, and I’m really glad to hear that even though you had a difficult experience, things have turned out well and we cared for you well.
