Really poor service. The main receptionist kept walking off dealing with other patients. I waited over an hour after the allotted appointment time. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the place as every time the doors leading to the conultation rooms opened, decay and rotting could be smelled. The only positive is that the appt came through in two weeks

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your experience was not as positive as we would hope on your recent visit to the Dental Hospital. It is important to us that comments are heard and seen as an opportunity provided to the service to make changes and improvements wherever possible.

In response to your comment, I can tell you that we are in the process of improving the environment for our patients and staff and an number of departments have already undergone refurbishment. We do realise that further improvements are required and there is already a plan in place to achieve these further refurbishments over the next 12–18 months.
