"I was very impressed with St Mark's ..."

What I liked

I was very impressed with St Mark's Hospital, as it was my very first visit. The main reception was helpful, as I did not know my way around. I had to go to the Radiology section for a bone density scan. I came on Tuesday morning and the appointment time was 9.30 a.m. However, the lady in charge of doing the scan very kindly took me in before 9.30, which was helpful, as my daughter who accompanied me had to get back to work. She was very pleasant and put me at ease.

What could be improved

The member of staff at the Radiology reception was very curt. They didn't even have the courtesy to look at my face, neither did they say 'good morning', seeing that it was quite early in the day and also that there were not any other patients.
