I had to see a doctor here and it was one of the worst experiences of my life, the doctor had no interest in listening to me, she didn't ask me any of my medical history or anything. Every time I tried to say something she cut me of mid-sentence. She was so rude and unhelpful; I actually came out worse than I did before I went in.

When I left I expressed at how awful the experience had been and how I found it to be very upsetting and she just replied “I don’t really care, you have taken up enough of my time, I have other patients to see” I was in utter disbelief, surely as a doctor it is your job to care, is that not why you got in to the profession in the first place? Surely that’s the most important part of the job.

How people are allowed to behave in such a manner is beyond me, they should not be allowed to get away with it, it’s an absolute disgrace.
