Anything else?
I spent time on Ward T10 back in March & it was awful. When I did manage to get the attention of staff they were rude, ignorant & complaining that they were understaffed. I broke down crying after a Nurse shouted at me & waved her hands in the air at me. I felt sick when I learned I had to return.
So this stay was on T6 (bed 2) and what a difference. Staff were wonderful, helpful and attentive ..... Restored my faith. They were all so caring & helpful. I actually felt welcome :-) and relaxed to be amongst smiling nice people that care about their work!
Think staff from T10 could learn a lot from the high standards displayed on T6
Keep it up T6 ...... Your standards set the mark of good care!
"I had dread returning after last time but this was..."
