What I liked

I should like you to pass on these comments to the teams operating Ward 15. They were absolutely brilliant in looking after my mother, Mrs Castle, even though they knew she would not recover from a massive stroke. They were kind and gentle with her but just as importantly were especially good to both myself and my stepfather. The teams - both day and night shifts - were a credit to your hospital and to the NHS in general. Thanks to everyone.
